Zørormr is a black metal project founded in 2009 in Opole (PL) by Moloch, also the creator of electronic music.
Earlier this year Zørormr released its fourth album “The Monolith”. The record has already stirred the pot on CD and digital. Now it’s time to travel back in time, to the tape trading days and experience Zørormr’s black metal abominations the old-school way. The way it’s meant to be played – on cassette tape! Eight tracks of sonic mayhem wrapped in a 5-panel, luxury J-card will make you feel like it’s the 90s again. Guitars, bass and vocals were recorded by Moloch in Red Dragon Studio in Opole. Drums were recorded by Łukasz “Icanraz” Sarnacki in Dobra 12 Studio in Bialystok. Przemysław “Quazarre” Olbryt from Devilish Impressions played on guitar as a guest behind the album. Arkadiusz “Aro” Jabłoński at Monroe Sound Studio (Masachist, Vesania) is responsible for the production of the album. The cover was created by Paweł Kuranda, and Fabian Filiks is responsible for the layout.
The cassette will premiere on September 29th, 2023 on Via Nocturna Records.
