After eight years, Polish death metal band Decapitated is back in Serbia. They will perform within the “Nihility” tour. As the support, Belgrade fans will hear veterans – Incantation, Brazilian Nervosa and Swiss band Kassoghta. They will play At Zappa Baza on March 15th. 2024.
Decapitated was formed back in 1996, and today, in the band are: Wacław “Vogg” Kiełtyka (guitar), Rafał “Rasta” Piotrowski (vocals), Paweł Pasek (bass) and James Stewart (drums). They play technical death metal and have huge respect within the metal community. As they started playing as teenagers, we can freely say that we are talking about the veteran metal band. Their guitar player Vogg was playing with Vader too, and at the moment he is part of Machine Head. The band has eight albums behind, and in Belgrade they will promote “Cancer Culture”.
Incantation was formed in 1989 in New Jersey. With Suffocation, Immolation and Mortician, we can say they are the foundation of NY death metal scene. The band released ten albums, the last one “Unholy Deificiation” was released in August 2023 for Relapse Records.
Nervosa is a trash/death metal band from Sao Paola formed in 2010. They have four albums behind, and the last one, “Jailbreak” was released in September 2023 for Napalm Records.
Kassoghta is progressive death metal band formed in 2018. Till today, they released two albums: “A New World to Come” (2018) and “rEvolve” (2022).
