Claustrofobia channels its heavy metal energy with a solid career in Brazil, South America, Europe and the United States. Currently living in the United States, where they affectionately call Las Vegas “Home”, the band announces another big tour in the American territory.

Claustrofobia was invited to open the concerts of the greatest Brazilian band, Sepultura. The “Celebrating Life Through Death” will start in September and joining them on this momentous tour will be Florida-based death metal veterans Obituary and iconic New York hardcore pioneers Agnostic Front. Together, this package will unleash an electrifying display of power, passion, and raw emotion.

“We are honored to be invited by Sepultura, alongside the Obituary and Agnostic Front, to join their North American tour and celebrate Sepultura’s farewell. To be able to share the stage with these giants, such pioneering bands who inspired entire scenes and created such authentic metal and hardcore subgenres, is something very special and totally meaningful for us.”, wrote Marcus D’Angelo. “His fans will have a full hand of top notch performances and will become part of the history that’s about to be written, we all know very well the potential of this tour and what it’s holding for the fans, it will be a total blast, especially for the crowds. We’ve been done some pretty solid work throughout the past 3 years, and our post-pandemic tours have been very fruitful, culminating in this great moment”

Te continued:

“It will be an amazing opportunity to show the larger audience in the United States that the legacy of the legit Brazilian Metal is alive, healthy and more powerful than ever. Living in the present is always our best attitude and everyone will see this in our deliverance. Much gratitude to everyone who vibrates for our prosperity. And once again: Thanks for everything Sepultura”.
