Power metal giants Kamelot return to Belgrade to play at Hangar with Exit Eden and Temperance.

Power metal giants “Kamelot” will return to Serbia on 15th of November for their first Belgrade concert in 18 years, performing at Hangar thanks to the Hengtajm agency. They will be joined by Exit Eden and Temperance.

Formed in 1987 in Florida, “Kamelot” have built a reputation as one of the most important names in modern melodic metal. The band was founded by guitarist Thomas Youngblood and has developed a distinctive blend of power, progressive, and symphonic metal with a strong theatrical atmosphere.

The group originally performed under the name “Camelot”, but changed it to “Kamelot” in the early 1990’s after discovering a local record store with the same name. Their major breakthrough came toward the end of that decade with the arrival of vocalist Roy Khan, when the band began building a strong European fan base and refining its signature sound.

Their music balances dark themes, epic choruses, and progressive arrangements, making them equally appealing to dedicated metal fans and broader audiences beyond the genre. The current lineup features Youngblood alongside vocalist Tommy Karevik, keyboardist Oliver Palotai, bassist Sean Tibbetts, and drummer Alex Landenburg. The band has released 13 studio albums so far, and a new release is expected later this year.

Belgrade holds a special place in the band’s history. “Kamelot” filmed several music videos in the Serbian capital and recorded the official DVD and bonus live album “Live in Belgrade” there, making this upcoming show one of the more emotional stops on their tour.

Also performing on the bill is Exit Eden, a symphonic metal supergroup formed in 2017 that blends metal with recognizable pop melodies into a powerful, cinematic sound. The band features prominent vocalists Clémentine Delauney, Anna Brunner, and Marina La Torraca, who channel the modern “femme fatale” concept to emphasize strength and independence. Their debut album Rhapsodies in Black gained international attention, while their second album Femmes Fatales expanded their identity with original songs, including the single Run!.

Italian symphonic/melodic metal band Temperance, formed in 2013, will also appear at the show. From the beginning, the band has built its recognizable style through a combination of male and female vocals and strong, catchy choruses. Across seven studio albums, they have established themselves as one of the stronger new names in the European symphonic metal scene.

Early-bird tickets are priced at 4,400 RSD and are available through Gigstix, while tickets will cost 4,900 RSD on the day of the concert. Physical tickets can also be purchased at Katakombe Bar.
