Stalwarts of Serbian death/thrash metal, Infest have just confirmed that their new album is coming on September 25th. Four years past its predecessor, the seventh in a stellar line of deathrashing textbooks will be titled “Ambassadors of Aggression” and will be out on German label Violent Creek Records.
“This album”, the band states, “presents the culmination of uncompromising approach to sound and energy the band has nurtured since its very foundation”.
Responsible for the production work on the new album is Vortex Studio and Rodoljub Raičković, while the mastering was once again handed over to the world-renowned Dan Swanö. Infest has also kept to the tried and tested, mastermind artwork designer, Mr. Roberto Toderico.
Infest’s comrades on “Ambassadors of Aggression” include Luka Matković (Quasarborn) who performed all the solos, Caue di Marinis and Mara Halunga on classic guitar and back vocals for “Requiem for The Balkans”, while the same song was adorned by solo guitars by Bruno Mičetić (Keops).
