“Hellhammer promotion” alongside with “Marena promotion” announced that Croatian death metal band “Attitudes to Human Extinction”, as well as “Soul Cremation” from Tuzla and “Metal Gate” from Kikinda will open for dutch death metal legends “Pestilence” this Thursday at “Klub Fest” in Zemun.

“Attitudes to Human Extinction” was one of the revelations of last years “Hellhammer open air” festival and fans are eagarly waiting to hear their modern take on intense metal again.

“Soul Cremation” from Tuzla in Bosnia are another intense death metal band with crushing sound and relentless energy that will leave no fan untouched.

Opening the nigh are “Metal Gate” from Kikinda, Serbia, one of the most promising young extreme metal bands with something to prove.

While “Pestilence” need no special introduction with albums such as “Consuming Impulse”, “Testimony of the Ancients” and the groundbreaking “Spheres” that are widely regarded as genre classics. While “Consuming Impulse” showcased the band’s ferocious old-school death metal roots, “Testimony of the Ancients” expanded their musical horizons with atmospheric compositions, and “Spheres” boldly incorporated jazz fusion influences, making it one of the most adventurous technical death metal albums of its era.

Fans in Belgrade can expect a crushing setlist featuring songs from these iconic releases, delivering everything that has made Pestilence a legendary name in extreme metal: razor-sharp riffs, complex arrangements, crushing grooves, and an uncompromising live performance.
